WHO WE ARE

Paideia Investments is an experienced and focused investment firm that seeks to partner with growth-minded education entities and technology-enabled services.

Founded on the belief that digitalisation is the only way to lead to successful outcomes in the education industry, Paideia recognises the importance of local experience and reputation and is committed to helping partners prepare and implement their internationalisation plans. As a strategic partner, we tap into multi-jurisdictional expertise to guide businesses through challenging economic cycles and market conditions.

We look for ways to plan, implement and execute together — our approach is designed to increase the collaboration and cooperation between the group entities for a borderless vision for growth.

Higher Education

Paideia’s primary area of focus is Higher Education, and it has a strong presence in the Polish market. Following a series of acquisitions, we currently operate four universities in the country with a total of 15,000+ students.

International Schools

Investments are coordinated under the UK-based Thames British Schools (“TBS”) brand. TBS currently operates in three countries: UK, Spain and Poland and following an inorganic growth strategy to expand its footprint in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Technology Enabled Services

We have invested in several e-learning startups (in US and Poland) and entered into joint ventures with content developers to serve mainly European markets (UK, Germany, Poland, Slovakia).
